Mayfair Apartments consists of 74 residential units of senior and supportive housing located at 1 Fairway Circle, in Greenburgh NY, adjacent to the campus of Westchester Community College.

The property is the site of a former homeless shelter that closed in 2011, and had lain vacant and neglected for many years.  Several alternative uses for the site were proposed without success until Marathon redeveloped the property into 74 units of affordable rental housing for seniors. The renovation transformed dilapidated single-room occupancy units into 60 one-bedroom, eight two-bedroom, and six studio apartments for residents with low and moderate incomes.  The community also has some fully ADA‑accessible and handicap‑friendly units to ensure that residents with mobility needs can live safely, comfortably, and independently.
